1. Who we are

BanAppealGenerator.com ("we," "us," "the Service") is an independent educational website that helps users understand WhatsApp account bans and write appeal messages. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to attempt to deceive WhatsApp's review systems with false information.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame WhatsApp staff or any third party.
• Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or violates anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to scrape, automate, or overload our endpoints.
• Resell, mirror, or republish our tools or templates without permission.
• Use our tools to support spam, bulk messaging without opt-in, or any policy-violating WhatsApp activity.

3. Credits & refund policy

We sell one-time credit packs that power AI-assisted appeal rewrites and premium generations on the Service. Purchased credits do not expire and stack with any promotional credits in your account. Each purchase is a one-time transaction. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Refunds. Consumed credits are generally not refundable. Exceptions:

• Unused packs within 7 days: If you have not spent any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: If we charged you twice or made a billing error, we will refund the duplicate or incorrect amount in full.

To request a refund, email ban-appeal-generator-support@gushanai.com or use our contact page. Include your account email and your order or transaction ID. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds as quickly as we can.

4. Suspension & termination

We may take action if you violate Section 2 (Acceptable use), including but not limited to scraping or automating our endpoints, overloading our systems, submitting false or deceptive information, or using the Service to support spam, harassment, or other policy-violating activity. Depending on severity, we may:

• Issue a warning;
• Suspend your access or restrict features (including credit purchases or AI generation); or
• Terminate your account and revoke access to the Service.

Unused credits after termination. If we terminate your account because you violated these terms, unused credits are forfeited and are not refundable. If we discontinue the Service or terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will make reasonable efforts to let you use remaining purchased credits before shutdown or, where applicable law requires, offer a proportional refund for unused purchased credits.

Closing your account. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at ban-appeal-generator-support@gushanai.com or via our contact page. We will process verified deletion requests in a reasonable time. Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused credits unless you qualify under Section 3.

5. No warranty, no guarantee

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or any particular outcome from using our tools. We do not guarantee that any WhatsApp account will be restored.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BanAppealGenerator.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of WhatsApp access, lost revenue, or damaged reputation.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, templates, and code of BanAppealGenerator.com are owned by us or licensed to us. You may copy individual appeal templates for personal or business use to communicate with WhatsApp. You may not republish our content as your own.

Trademarks belong to their respective owners. "WhatsApp" and the WhatsApp logo are trademarks of WhatsApp LLC.

8. External links

We link to WhatsApp, Meta, and other third-party resources for reference. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also discontinue the Service entirely. We will try to give reasonable notice for major changes.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
