Before you email

We cannot unban your WhatsApp account. No third party can. Only WhatsApp can. If your account is banned, the fastest path is:

  1. Read our overview of WhatsApp bans to identify your ban type.
  2. Use the free appeal generator to produce a polite, ready-to-send appeal.
  3. Submit one appeal via the in-app Request a Review or by emailing support@whatsapp.com.

What we are happy to receive

  • Corrections to our content (with a source link if possible).
  • Suggestions for additional languages, topics, or templates.
  • Bug reports for the generator or other tools.
  • Press inquiries — please mention the publication and the topic.
  • Partnership inquiries from compliant WhatsApp Business Solution Providers (BSPs) or CRM tools.
  • Reports of scam ads using our name.

What we will not respond to

  • Requests for paid unban services — we do not offer them and no one does.
  • Requests for unofficial WhatsApp apps, anti-detection tooling, or bulk-sender services.
  • Requests for users' verification codes, PINs, or backups (we never need these, and we never store them).
  • SEO link-exchange offers unrelated to our subject.
