Before you email
We cannot unban your WhatsApp account. No third party can. Only WhatsApp can. If your account is banned, the fastest path is:
- Read our overview of WhatsApp bans to identify your ban type.

- Submit one appeal via the in-app Request a Review or by emailing

What we are happy to receive

What we will not respond to
- Requests for paid unban services — we do not offer them and no one does.
- Requests for unofficial WhatsApp apps, anti-detection tooling, or bulk-sender services.
- Requests for users' verification codes, PINs, or backups (we never need these, and we never store them).
- SEO link-exchange offers unrelated to our subject.
